As a former senior executive with Chevron, Audie has 35 years of oil, gas and LNG experience. He has played an integral role in gas/LNG marketing, commercial negotiations, new ventures, mergers & acquisitions, and project development across the value chain and across the globe.
Audie took early retirement from Chevron in July 2014 after 34 years with Chevron and Texaco. Prior to leaving Chevron, Audie was vice president and general manager of Business Development for Chevron Asia Pacific Exploration and Production Company based in Singapore. In this capacity since 2008, Audie managed business development activities for Chevron’s upstream division for the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to that, Audie was vice president of LNG Marketing and Trading for Chevron Global Gas, based in Houston, from January 2006. He also served as vice president of International Marketing and Business Development for Chevron Global Gas, also in Houston, from July 2003. Following the formation of ChevronTexaco in October 2001, Audie was general manager, International Gas for ChevronTexaco Overseas Petroleum based in San Ramon, California.
Before the Chevron Texaco merger, Audie served as executive director, Texaco Gas International based in Houston in 2000; and from 1998 to 1999, he was based in Perth, Australia, as Director of Business Development for Texaco Australia Pty.
From 1991 to 1998, Audie was based in London, worked in various levels of management and became the director of New Business Development, Europe and Africa, for Texaco, Inc.
Audie started his career with Texaco Canada in Calgary, Alberta, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of exploration; finance; government and public affairs; international contracts and negotiations; and natural gas marketing.
Audie has an undergraduate degree in Business (Finance) from the University of Calgary, and an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management.
